The FIRST Group LLC is a training and consulting company that was established in November 2012 by two professional Firemen, Matt Dupre and Greg Kelly. The FIRST Group specializes in Fire, Incident Command, Rescue, Safety and Security Training; hence the name FIRST. The FIRST Group and its network of professionals encompasses numerous years of experience across a wide range of disciplines. The driving force behind The FIRST Group is a desire to provide superior training and services. We realize how important it is to be proactive in regards to the overall outcome of an incident. We pride ourselves on offering personalized, cost effective solutions to meet our client’s needs. We recognize that no matter what your discipline, your job title, or your experience level, it is imperative that you never stop learning.

Our team is compromised of experienced response personnel who have dedicated their careers to being professional and knowledgeable. Our team members hail from all disciplines. such as NOFD, FDNY, NYPD, the U.S. military, private industry, local and state emergency management entities. Together we work towards providing our clients with outstanding services that exceeds their expectations. in an effort to deliver the best services to our clients, our team is constantly seeking continuing education and professional development activities in order to keep up with the latest information, trends, procedures, and standards.
